Construct Associates, Inc. offers a comprehensive in-house design service. Our state-of-the-art estimating and job costing capabilities simplifies the balancing of design vs. budget. In almost all cases it is significantly more economical than hiring an architect separately. When we are collaborating with an outside designer, quick access to budget information greatly streamlines the process. In either case, design and budgeting is a collaboration with the client to maximize the value.
Our first meeting begins with a conversation about our client’s needs & goals. This is also the opportunity to view the project and to take important information regarding budgets, zoning and building code concerns, design requirements, and to become familiar with the current site conditions.
